About Me
I am passionate about the work I do, not just because it is important, but because of my own lived experience. I was a former dancer, who suffered two labrum tears and could no longer pursue dance as a career. I am also the mother of small children and experienced postpartum depression. I believe that no one should have to process life alone and would be honored to collaborate with you as you grow.

Vision
I believe that the client is the expert in their own life. I meet clients where they are at with an open, non-judgmental attitude. I walk along side the client in the journey to their therapeutic goals. I am caring but direct and challenge clients negative self thoughts and behaviors that do not serve them.
